Ganesh Natrajan has been one of the most successful professionals in the Indian Information Technology Industry, having earlier been part of two major success stories in IT Training and Consulting, NIIT and APTECH. During his ten year stint as CEO of Aptech he grew the company’s revenues fifty times and listed it on the Indian and London Stock Exchanges. A Gold Medalist in Mechanical Engineering and Industrial Engineering, Ganesh has recently completed his PhD in Knowledge Management at IIT Bombay. Ganesh was named 'CEO of the Year' by the Asia Pacific HR Conference in 1999 and received the Wisitex Foundation’s 'CEO of the Decade – Knowledge Award' from India’s Minister for Information Technology in 2000. Ganesh is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and the Harvard Business School.

Jaspreet is the Regional Director of the Entertainment & Devices and Retail at Microsoft India. In his current role, he will be spearheading Microsoft India's Entertainment & Devices Division strategy, as well as marketing and sales efforts for Microsoft's Hardware products), Gaming (Xbox 360 and games) and Windows and Office at Retail. Before that, Jaspreet was the Country Manager for Microsoft India's Online Services Group. In this role, he was focused on driving MSN India & Windows Live services, bringing new advertisers online and exploring business opportunities in the booming mobile market. He was also overseeing the business development, sales and marketing operations in India. Jaspreet was also the Vice Chairman of the Internet and Mobile Association of India (IAMAI) in 2007. Jaspreet has 17 years of experience in sales and marketing, product and business management across retail, internet, telecom and FMCG. Prior to joining Microsoft, he worked with the Tata Group. Jaspreet was a part of the Tata Administrative Services (TAS), and held senior sales, marketing and general business management positions in the telecom, internet and consumer companies within the group. Jaspreet was also formerly the Chief Operating Officer at Baazee.com – now known as eBay India.

Manav Garg is the CEO and Founder of Eka Software Solutions. Besides the overall responsibility of managing Eka, Manav oversees the areas of business strategy and corporate finance.
Manav founded Eka after a brief stint as a trader with a large global commodity trading house. It was during his trading days that he saw the deficiencies in traditional trading and risk management software. Realizing the market opportunity, and combining this with his passion for technology, Manav left his job with a vision to set up a software product company out of India.

Currently , the Vice President and head of worldwide business development for Wipro BPO a subsidiary of Wipro Ltd with an annual revenues of 350 million USD. In this role Nag is responsible for Wipro’s global BPO revenues, market entry, strategic partnerships, customer relationships, mergers and acquisitions and customer satisfaction. In his tenure the BPO business grew 600% in the three year period ( 2005-2008) from a meager 100 million to 400 million USD. He played a key role in expanding the Europe, Latin America and china foot print and also in setting up various operational centers in Eastern Europe, Philippines, China and Latin America. The FAO Magazine recognized Nag as one of the 50 superstars of 2008 and recognized him as one of the key opinion leaders in Shared services, BPO and IT Outsourcing.
Before this role, he was the General Manager & Head of European business for Telecom Service providers, BPO and Interoperability Business. He was instrumental in building the Telecoms and BPO business in Europe from start to maturity.
Prior, to that he was the Practice Manager in Europe for Electronic commerce practice at the Electronic commerce and Financial solutions Division of Wipro Technologies.
Prior to that he was with Tata consultancy services where he ran large complex change programs as Program Manager in the areas of back office and front office functions for depositories, custodial services, stock broking and stock lending functions in the securities industry.

Prashanth, or "PV", brings over 20 years of operational and executive management experience to Novak Biddle Venture Partners. PV is currently on the boards of Approva, Appfluent, Appian and Centrifuge Systems through investments as a partner at Novak Biddle Venture Partners. He was most recently an investor and co-founder of ClearStandards that was sold to SAP AG in May 2009.
PV was the founder and CEO (2001-2008) and current Chairman of Approva Corporation. He lead a team of dedicated professionals to make it the gold-standard for how large global companies and their external auditors ensure the strength of their company's internal controls. Approva is backed by marquee venture capital firms including Novak Biddle, New Enterprise Associates (NEA), Columbia Capital, and Sierra Ventures with strategic investment from Hyperion/Oracle Corporation.
Before founding Approva, PV was co-founder and president (1996-2000) of Entevo, Corp., which was sold to Bindview (now part of Symantec) for $125 million in January 2000. Entevo raised over $25M dollars in venture capital was backed by marquee investors including NEA, Oak Investment Partners, Draper International, FBR Ventures, SAP Ventures and Novak Biddle Venture Partners. Prior to founding Entevo, PV spent several years managing enterprise-class products at Microsoft's Advanced Systems Division, and later as a Director in its worldwide consulting services group (MCS).

Rajan was the Managing Director of Microsoft India until August 2010. In this role Rajan was responsible for Microsoft's Sales, Marketing and Services Group in India. Microsoft is the largest software company in India. Under Rajan's leadership Microsoft became the highest performing subsidiary for Microsoft in the Large Emerging Markets in 2009. During his tenure Microsoft launched its Cloud Services portfolio across all three layers of the cloud: saas, paas and iaas and quickly became the leading Cloud Services provider in India.
Prior to joining Microsoft Rajan was a Vice President with Dell Inc. Rajan joined Dell as the Executive Assistant to Chairman Michael Dell. He then held several global leadership roles in Dell International Services - Dell's off shoring division. Rajan was also the Vice President and Country General Manager of Dell India where he grew the Dell business from $250million to over $800 million and made Dell into the leading player among corporates in India
Prior to joining Dell, Rajan was a Partner with McKinsey & Company in Chicago. At McKinsey he worked with companies across a broad range of industries including technology, industrial and business services.
Rajan leverages his direct investing experience, professional experience leading large technology businesses and his passion for technology to help start-ups build large exciting businesses. Rajan invests in early stage businesses that have great founders and disruptive growth potential. Rajan's primary investment focus in India is on technology and technology enabled businesses.
Rajan recently co-founded Blue Ocean Ventures, the first Venture Fund focused on seed stage investing in Sri Lanka.
Rajan has a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a MSc in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Stanford University.
