Ritesh Veera is a VP in the emerging markets group and co-heading their Asia franchise at Provident group, a mid-market Investment bank serving emerging growth sectors. Prior to that, he was a VP at Rodman & Renshaw, a leading Investment bank focused on private placement transaction. He had spearheaded their India initiatives and was instrumental in originating several deals across sectors and leading them to closings. In his tenure, he has managed over $1 billion in corporate finance transaction. He has also worked at Horizon Capital responsible for private placement (PIPE) investments in emerging markets. He is based in New York and has strong relationships with corporates and investors groups in India, US, Singapore, Korea and South American regions.

Mr. Raghavan has over 27 years deep experience in the consulting industry working with Accenture, one of the world's best consulting, technology and outsourcing firms. He has consulted with the top organisations operating in Asia Pacific. His area of specialisation is in helping his clients deal with the peculiarities and challenges of emerging economies to grow their businesses in these markets. These organizations are the top national clients who are aspiring to become regional or top global clients looking to establish successful operations in this part of the world. Over his career with Accenture Mr. Raghavan has worked in all the major industry sectors ranging from Communications, High Technology, Financial Services, Capital Markets, Manufacturing,Distribution, Government, Energy and Utilities. He has also worked across the key economies of
Asia Pacific from North Asia - Japan, China, Taiwan and Korea; South East Asia – Thailand,Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia and Philippines; India; Australia and New Zealand. He has also worked outside Asia Pacific in countries such as the USA and Germany.

The key countries he was responsible for included Korea, Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, and India. He was also practice leader for our Transportation and Travel Services Industry for all of Asia Pacific which also included Japan.

Mr. Raghavan has also worked closely with government agencies and the local manufacturing industry associations. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences on Asia Pacific such as the Asian Automotive Program conference in Detroit, USA and Aviation Industry conferences in Asia Pacific. In India he is a frequent speaker at MBA programs such as that at SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and the Sailesh J. Mehta School of Management at IIT Bombay. He is active in Private Equity/Venture Capital and sits on the boards of several companies. He also sits on the Global Advisory Board of Acumen Fund (a global, not for profit, private equity fund out of the USA).

Mr Raghavan has a MBA in Finance and MIS from one of the top business schools in the world - University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA) and a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from one of the best global engineering educational institutions – the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, India. He is a full member of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID).

Sandeep Goyal

Sandeep Goyal (47) is the Group Chairman & JV partner of Dentsu India. Dentsu Inc. of Japan is the world’s largest advertising agency, and the Indian joint-venture crossed Rs. 1200 crores in capitalized billings last year. A well-known name in the world of media & communication, Sandeep was earlier Group CEO of Zee Telefilms, and before that President of Rediffusion DY & R.

Sandeep partnered with Astro of Malaysia to set up Mogae Digital in 2009. Today, this entity is a major player in the mobile VAS space & perhaps the biggest creator of original IP in momics and mobile greetings. His Mogae group also has a stake in Diginatives which produces educational software for school kids.

In 2008, Sandeep partnered The Times of India Group to create The Indian Fantasy League, India’s first, and now largest, fantasy gaming site for cricket & other sports. In 2009, Goyal launched www.lastminuteinventory.com, the world’s first online media trading exchange, in partnership with Dentsu, Star TV, Zee Group & TOI Group.

An MBA (FMS Delhi ’84), Sandeep is an Honors graduate in English literature (gold medalist) from Panjab University.

Sandeep has been on the governing bodies of the Advertising Agencies Association of India (AAAI), Indian Broadcasting Foundation (IBF), Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI), Media Research Users Council (MRUC) over the years.

The first Indian on the global jury of the Emmy Awards (2002), Sandeep himself, through his agency, has won a number of accolades at the New York Festival, Cannes Advertising Awards, One Show and London Advertising Festival.

Sandeep wrote ‘The Dum Dum Bullet’, a bestseller on the business of advertising. The book was published by Penguin. A regular contributor to The Economic Times, Financial Express, Business Standard, Business World and other publications of repute, Sandeep is a much sought after speaker in industry forums.

Married to Tanya, he has a 16-years old daughter, Carol. The Goyals live in Mumbai.

Sanjay is a founder member of Ambit Corporate Finance, an Indian Investment Bank. His professional background is that of a Chartered Accountant (AF Ferguson & Co.) with an Advanced Management Program from Kellogg School of Business, Northwestern University.

His privious work experience has been in Corporate Finance at KPMG and Arthur Andersen, and has been in the Corporate Finance business for over 18 years.

Mr. Sanjay Bhasin is President & CEO –  Telecom at inTarvo Technologies (www.intarvo.com), an Integrated Lifecycle Management company for technology products. inTarvo offers implementation, commissioning, O & M for active and passive telecom equipment such Base Stations, Microwave Radios, Solar Systems etc. In addition to this, inTarvo offers energy services to telecom tower companies which includes energy efficiency, remote management services, energy generation services using solar and fuel cell technologies etc.
Prior to inTarvo, Sanjay was CEO - Tubes & Laminates Business at Essel Propack Ltd, Mumbai, India. Prior to Essel Propack, Sanjay Bhasin was head of GSM and WCDMA Base Station business in Nokia Networks, Finland. In this capacity, he was responsible for P&L of this global business. Sanjay has deep understanding of running a high-technology product business at a global scale. He joined Nokia in India in 1995 at the very start of the cellular telephony revolution in India. Over the years Sanjay has had multiple roles in Nokia based in India, UK and Finland.
Prior to Nokia, Sanjay lived in Santa Clara, USA and was working for Intel Corporation as Product Marketing Manager for Intel Pentium™ processor.
Sanjay is a graduate of Electronics and Communications Engineering from IIT Roorkee (was University of Roorkee) and holds an MBA from Santa Clara University, Santa Clara.
Sanjay is Managing Trustee of Acara Institute India (www.acarainstitute.org) - an NGO promoting social entrepreneurship among students in leading  US and Indian universities.

Sanjeev Kakkar

Sanjeev is one of the founding promoters of RT Outsourcing Services, India’s pioneering and only integrated Reverse Logistics and After Market Services company. He established Reverse Logistics as a business practice in India. RT started with just a couple of staff and has expanded to a 250 city network employing over 4000 persons. RT has been awarded Deloitte Technology Fast 50 India and Fast 500 Asia listings 3 years in a row and has also won the Entrepreneurial Excellence Award at TIECON 2008.

Sanjeev Chairs the India Focus Committee of the Reverse Logistics Association of USA and is an active member of TIE, Delhi. He is a regular speaker and panelist in international industry shows and conferences. Sanjeev is a Bachelor of Engg. from BITS, Pilani and M.Tech from IIT, Delhi. Sanjeev now takes active interest in seeding and mentoring early stage companies.
