Mohit Gujral is the Managing Director/ Principal Architect of Designplus Architecture (P) Ltd. The company was set up in 1976, and since built the company as a leading practice. The company is involved in projects with major real estate developers of the country. The Company also successfully built verticals in almost all aspects of design and have specifically become major players in IT and mixed use development. The company under his leadership has done many prestigious international projects like Indira Gandhi Cultural Centre, Mauritius, Riyahd Palace. Saudi Arabia. Sir Seewoosagur Ramagoolam (Father of the nation Mauritius) Samadhi Mauritius. As a team leader he has created an equally storing esoteric ‘Parallel language’ blending the myriad influences of the corporate and design world into a complete environment.
Mohit Gujral attained his architecture degree from C.E.P.T. in Ahmedabad. Mohit Gujral is a member of the Council of Architecture, New Delhi, and received various awards in recognition of his work.
Further Mohit Gujral is also Managing Director of Delanco Real Estate (P) Limited, a joint venture with DLF Ltd. to do niche real-estate development projects in india
