Rahul Basu

An alumni of the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Rahul Basu has over 19 years of experience in starting new businesses and in structuring deals for investment, acquisition and divestment and has worked in a variety of sectors including banking & financial services, energy, telecoms and outsourcing. Rahul worked with ICICI Ltd for over 8 years in the treasury, borrowing and corporate strategy development as well as in financing infrastructure projects. Later on, he spent four years with Enron India where he was responsible for Finance and M&A and was the CEO of Broadband Solutions Private Limited, Enron India's data center subsidiary. Rahul was one of the initial management team of Firstsource Solutions Limited and was its CFO and headed its consumer debt collections business unit. Rahul is currently consultant to and angel investor in startups and small companies.
