Navneet has over 17 years experience in building mission critical software systems
for Healthcare, Aerospace and Telecom industries. Navneet is currently an India
based advisor to the India focused venture capital fund called India Venture Partners
(IVP). Prior to India Venture Partners, Navneet‘s was part of the founding team at
CareFusion where he was served as a CTO. CareFusion was founded in 2001. Based in
Reston, Virginia Care fusion is a leading provider of healthcare software aiming at
enhancing efficiency thus improving the patient’s safety. The CareFusion portfolio
now represents the industry’s most advanced, robust, feature-rich and user-friendly
wireless Positive Patient Identification (PPID) solutions.
Cardinal Health Inc., (NYSE: CAH), a Fortune 20 global healthcare company, acquired
CareFusion in 2006 and Navneet led the R&D group for the Clinical Services business
unit of Cardinal Health till June 2009.
Navneet is also the Principle in SGH Holdings LLC, an active angel investment fund
based outside of Washington DC as well as RelayStrategy Private Limited – an India
based software product Development Company located in Chandigarh.
Prior to joining Care Fusion, Navneet served as a Senior Product Manager for Aether
Systems' enterprise product suite, where he developed Aether's Scout Web product.
Navneet has also had significant experience in the Aerospace and Telecom industries as
a Senior Product Development Manager for ORBIMAGE where he was responsible for design,
development and deployment of the global satellite information processing and delivery
system. Navneet started his career at Nortel Networks in Raleigh, North Carolina as a
software developer in 1992.
Navneet is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a BS in Computer Engineering (1995) and
would like to have an ownership stake in a professional sports team.

• Be able to mentor and provide guidance to entrepreneurs given that this culture
is new in India
• Leverage my Indian and US backgrounds to expand the scope of angel networks both
in India and in the US. Get global investors to invest in high-growth entrepreneurial
ideas in India.
