As Knowcross’ People Engagement Officer, you will be responsible to attract the best talent and build a high performance culture. You will

  • Work with leadership to make Knowcross a top employer
  • Coordinate hiring activities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Be the first point of contact for candidates and sell the Knowcross story to them
  • Own all activities related to people engagement, training & development, compensation & benefits etc.
  • Set up the processes to achieve company’s HR management goals

Prior Experience

  • Tech/Product industry experience, preferably with a firm that is known to be among the top employers
  • Hands on with strong focus on execution
  • Must have experience in entire gamut of HR activities – recruitment, people engagement, training and development, compensation & benefits etc.

Desired Education: Masters/Specialization in HR
