He is founder partner of M/s Anand Saklecha & Co. (renowned Chartered Accountancy Firm) & founder director of ASCO Capital Pvt. Ltd. He started his career in the filed of financial consultancy way back in the year 2000. His ideas, efforts, strong determination and commitments led to the growth and recognition of the firm & company. He has been guiding entrepreneurs of varied industries in setting up green field and brown field projects. He has also been a part of campaigning program me's of Banks and FIs for conceptualizing and canvassing their financial products to Corporate and other Business Houses. He has vast experience in the field of Project Financing which includes Debt Counseling, Project Appraisal and Techno Economic Viability (TEV) study, CMA Preparation, negotiating terms, documentation, post sanction compliances etc. Apart from vanilla products he has also handled projects like Private Equity, IPO Management, Company Law matters, Statutory Audits, Taxation, Bank Branch Audits and Stock Audits for Nationalized Banks. He has been speaker on various forums for mentoring and guiding Start- up ventures, SME & MSME ventures. He is appointed as member of committees on rehabilitation and restructuring of Banks and financial institutions for preparing sustainable business package. He is an active participant member in the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) and has been part of dais on various seminars and meeting conducted by CII. Its because of his excellent leadership qualities and reflections of value additions in the business of clients by his excellent mentoring and guidance that ASCO Capital Pvt. Ltd. has been awarded Certificate of Excellence for being part of ASSOCHAM India's TOP SME 50 Index in year 2015-16.
He is also one of the founding members of Nanhe Farishte (An NGO working towards Cancer sufferers and Cancer Awareness Programs) & Rang-e-Mehfil (An initiative to preserve the traditional and classical music).
He has taken up and successfully concluded various domestic & cross borders transaction of mergers and acquisitions in the industry of pharmaceuticals, education and hospitality etc. In a span of 16 years he has served across 300+ clients from various industries. The business relations developed by the him during the course of his career in various industries create a positive knowledge based eco-system to mentor and nurture new start- ups. He is actively mentoring start- ups from Indore who have recorded a positive growth track in recent years. He is well known across central India as a professional who is well versed of converting an idea into profitable and sustainable business models. He is also actively involved and connected in the industry to arrange and procure the support and sources to put on floor business models into business realities.
His optimistic approach towards start-up ecosystem is second to none and, hence he has constantly been pushing and arranging mentoring sessions for start up in Indore to develop an "innovative mission and vision statement for their innovative business ideas".
