Anjali Malhotra Nanda

Anjali is the founder of C-Xcel, a boutique advisory practice that helps B2C businesses to achieve greater success thru Customer Centricity. The advisory works in core domains of Business Strategy,  Marketing & Branding,  Design  Thinking,  Digital  Transformation, Data Analytics, Customer Retention & Life Time value.

She holds 30 years in Corporates across Media, FMCG, Retail and BFSI sectors, in diverse roles for Revenue, Marketing, Sales, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, Product, Analytics , Information Technology & Cyber Security functions. She has built brands in highly competitive markets, specially in early-stage of businesses, like Revlon, Dishtv and Aviva. Her last corporate role was Chief Customer, Marketing, Digital & IT Officer at Aviva India, uptil early 2021.

She leads the Delhi chapter for a Start-Up Accelerator, Founder Institute, based in Silicon Valley, operating in over 100 cities and has helped 5000+ startups till date. She mentors pre-seed & angel stage founders with building their business models, establishing product-market connect, and go-to-market strategies, and raising capital.

As a member of  Indian Angel Network, has invested in many early stage start-ups. She is a mentor with NASSCOMs Deep Tech Club and advises many tech founders in creating their product-market-fit. She is a Director on company boards where she advises on strategy and techno-marketing practices for business.

Her strong belief and support for women empowerment, has led her to become a member of the FICCI “WISE” (Women in Science and entrepreneurship) council.

Anjali is a certified Coach and helps people  find personal transformation  through a process of self-enquiry.

She has been recognized by the industry as “Cx100” and “Digi 100”, “Top 10 CDO, “Digitalist Thought Leader, “Marketer of the year- Media & Entertainment”, & and “Best use of Technology in Marketing”, over the years .She was also nominated as one of India’s top 75 Women in STEAM (Science, Technology streams) in March 2022 by the Principal  Scientific   Advisor  to  the  Government  of  India  and  the  British  High Commission.
