Anshoo Gaur is the President and Head of Amdocs India and a member of Global Amdocs Management since 2007. Anshoo is also an Executive Officer of Amdocs Ltd. (NYSE: DOX). He has been the winner of the Bloomberg-UTV IT CXO Award 2010 as Business Head of the Year in APAC. Anshoo has over 23 years of cross cultural leadership experience, playing a wide variety of roles on strategic IT planning, operations management, process reengineering, product management and development, customer and P&L management. Anshoo has been responsible to help drive Amdocs’ India delivery and business growth since 2007. Prior to joining Amdocs, at EDS/MphasiS, Anshoo was on the Executive team as the President of IT infrastructure Management. In this role, Anshoo helped establish and rapidly grow the remote and domestic IT infrastructure Management capability.
Anshoo relocated back to India in 2006 with EDS to head EDS in India, and earlier held a variety of leadership roles in the US with EDS Inc., and Sabre Inc. over a 12 year period. Before moving to the US for his Master’s degree, Anshoo worked in India at Larsen & Turbo Ltd., and Pertech Computers Ltd. Anshoo holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Arizona, Tucson and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Surathkal, India.
