Mr. Arvind Srivastava has over 20 years of experience in financial services, telecommunications & technology and management consulting industries. He has worked extensively in the US and Asia Pacific region (Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia and South Korea) and has held senior position with MNC’s such as Arthur Andersen & Co., Alltel Financial Services (Systematics) and AT&T Solutions. Mr. Srivastava co-founded Trinity (a US mortgage BPO) in 2003, served as the Managing Director and CFO, and led it from inception to approximately 500 employees (US$ 20M in revenues) in 3 years. WNS Global Services acquired Trinity in 2006. He has since cofounded ThirdRock Capital Partners (based in USA) to crate & support India US corridor. ThirdRock has studied various business ideas and is now focusing on cross border support for startups in India.
Mr. Srivastava has worked extensively with MNC’s in a financial advisory capacity (Arthur Andersen) and with leading international banks in their wholesale & retail banking software implementations (Systematics). He has also consulted with large telco’s & corporates in implementing, managing or outsourcing their telecom infrastructure (AT&T). Mr. Srivastava earned a Bachelor of Commerce at the Sydenham College of Commerce & Economics (University of Mumbai), India, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI. He has attended various training schools with Arthur Andersen’s training in Europe as well as completed management programs at AT&T School of Business in New Jersey.
