Mr. C.E. Potnis is Founder and Managing Director of Nitor Infotech Pvt. Ltd, an IT company, which has headquarters in Pune with presence in USA and Middle East. He is also a Trustee on 'Navkshitij', NGO for rehabilitation of mentally challenged adults. He is an advisor to a few companies and guides those in scaling their business.
He brings in 25 years of experience working in corporate world in India and abroad. He has been in a CEO position for the last 14 years and has successfully led the organizations in India and abroad. He has been instrumental in turning around the companies and has grown the business manifolds. He served on the board of companies in India, Dubai and Muscat.
Leadership, Management, Human behavior and Spirituality are the areas of deep interest to him. He conducts workshops in the areas of ‘How take charge of your life’,

Very recently his success story was covered, as a cover story, in a leading Marathi magazine. As an author he has one book to his credit. He is a recipient of prestigious award, ‘Exemplary Industrialist' for the year 2014.
He is also a Hypnotherapist and offers his services for physical, mental illnesses as well as on relationship issues. Besides this, he is 'Rising Star' certified practitioner and as a healer offers his services to the needy ones on the issues of all the aspects of life. He feels people unnecessarily carry pain in their life and therefore has taken upon himself to contribute towards enhancing quality of people’s life. He devotes considerable time in creating awareness, through workshops and counselling, towards deeper aspects of life.
