Chetan Shah joined Synygy in 1993 and is currently Chief Operating Officer with oversight for global sales, professional services, and technology initiatives that support the delivery of client solutions.As Managing Director of Synygy India Pvt. Ltd. and Director of Synygy Europa, Romania, Mr. Shah is also responsible for Synygy's worldwide operations. Chetan has helped Synygy achieve “Hall of Fame” status on the Inc 500 List a feat accomplished by only 65 companies in the 22year history of the list. In addition, under his tenure Synygy has experienced 15+ consecutive years of profitability. Chetan's accomplishments at Synygy include establishing the largest software organization and professional services staff focused on developing sales compensation management and other sales performance management applications and creating the only in-house data center operation dedicated to on-demand SaaS delivery of sales performance management applications.
He also has been instrumental in leading Synygy's technological innovation, including the first 100% web based software suite in the sales performance management space and the first web 2.0 and mobile enabled sales portal for sales people. He is responsible for delivering complete end to end, fully integrated sales performance management solutions for Fortune 500 companies globally that can be implemented quickly and eliminate the risks common to patched together alternatives. Chetan's leadership philosophy centers on People, Productivity, and Profits. He strongly believes in investing in people thereby enhancing productivity resulting in superior financial performance. He is heavily involved in the business community and a member of many executive committees, including Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO, Pune), President for Software Exporters’ Association of Pune, Charter member TiE, Pune, Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group, and Society for Information Management, USA. He has a strong passion for coaching and mentoring and serves on the Board of several start-up companies worldwide.
