Diksha Kaur

My name is Diksha Kaur. I co-founded a niche residential real estate brand, Infinity Homes, under the umbrella of my family business, Parkwood Group. The mission of Infinity Homes is to maximize profitability through the acquisition, re-development and sale of select, niche luxury residential properties in India. While at Infinity Homes, I have been responsible for analyzing potential investment opportunities, developing market strategy, site search and selection analysis and approval, directing design consultant teams and general contractors, and participating in construction and post development processes. I have also managed all aspects of the residential land development and construction process by establishing all
real estate goals, created standard operating procedures, planned for capital and infrastructure development needs, and completed projects within budget and time frame. I have also worked with the larger parent company, Parkwood Group, which has two townships under construction in Gurgaon and one in Mohali. It also has an IT Park, which is to be launched shortly.

My family was earlier in the banking sector, as they were promoters of the erstwhile Bank of Punjab Pvt. Ltd. My late grandfather, Dr Inderjit Singh, was a doyen in the banking industry. My father, Mr Harpreet Singh, has been in the real estate business for over 35 years.

Prior to my startup within the family business, I worked as a Senior Consultant in PwC's Strategy consulting business in Mumbai from 2007- 2009. While at PwC, I worked on Strategy development and expansion plans for top banks in Asia. As a senior consultant, I also had business development and client management goals that were met or exceeded each year. I was extremely active in my contributions to thought leadership for the Financial Services sector, and even spearheaded the creation of PwC’s Global Private Banking and Wealth Management survey for India under a Senior Manager; the survey was used by large financial services companies to devise their strategies for the Indian market.

Before PwC Consulting in Mumbai, I worked at Ernst & Young LLP in New York City in the Financial Advisory and Audit teams of multiple companies that were considered the top investment banks and asset management companies.

I have a Bachelor of Science in Finance and CPA Accounting from New York University's Stern School of Business and an MBA from INSEAD (with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Strategy).
