Dilip Dubey

Dilip Dubey, known for his tireless innovation and energetic hands on approach to business leadership has founded, funded, led, scaled and successfully exited multiple technology companies. This included raising over $ 100+ mm in funds, scaled revenues form start-up to $ 100+ mm with over 20 acquisitions and shareholder value of $ 100mm+. Dilip is a subject matter expert in using exponential technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain, Drones and lab-grown diamonds to improve businesses and communities. He has multiple patented and patent-pending inventions in these fields. He is currently the Founder & CEO of Xeeva - an enterprise SaaS company focused on artificial intelligence driven procurement solutions. He is also the Co-Founder and Chairman of Netlink. Under his leadership, Netlink grew from a start up to a $100+ million company, by providing platform based IT and The Care Cloud Business Analytics solutions. At Netlink, he pioneered the technology platform based IT delivery in 1997. Dilip has received various awards including Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Automation Alley Emerging Leader of the Year, and has been inducted into the Automotive Hall of Fame. His companies have been named Inc. 500 company multiple times and recognized as fastest growing company and largest privately held company in Michigan by Crains Business. Dilip has been affiliated with multiple corporate and community boards like Detroit Music Hall and Motor City Bowl. He chaired Motor City Bowl a college football Bowl game for 7 years. In 2009, he supported the launch of Netlink Foundation for Children. Netlink Foundation supports non-profit organizations like UNICEF Child Rights and VIP Mentoring to help children achieve their potential. He is based in Michigan, and has completed his Bachelor in Engineering from MANIT and some management courses at SPJIMR in India. He has earned a Masters in Engineering and completed some doctoral level research work in drones and robotics at University of Michigan.
