He is having over decade of exprience in leadership roles in Corporate and Public sector healthcare units. He was previously an Assistant professor in Radiology,Osmania Medical college, Hyderabad. Vinayender currently is Managing director of Aditya hospitals. He heads Strategic Initiatives for the Aditya hospitals Group which is a chain of super speciality hospitals with combined capacity of 400 beds. He is a Director in Sri Sai Dental college which is one of the premium Dental colleges in India.He is also the Director in Transcell Biologics, which is a biotech company with focus on stem cell banking and stem cell research. He founded MedMaxx Healthcare LLP company with a vision to invest into healthcare and wellness sectors. He has a keen interest in advancing medical technology and innovative research. He mentors startups in healthcare sector with his expertise in heading chain of operations for Healthcare Business Units, Strategic Initiatives, and Hospital Planning. Vinayender is also an eminent panelist and speaker on various national and international health care forums and has recently been invited to speak at the UK Parliament on healthcare initiatives between India and UK.
