Professional Experience: Harsh is currently the Global CEO of Digital Solutions Division of Signify NV (formerly known as Philips Lighting). This 4.5 B$ business is a global leader in Professional Lighting and is leading the industry's transformation where Lights become IOT devices. Harsh is now based out of Amsterdam, Netherlands. Prior to this role, he was the VC& MD of of Philips Lighting India Ltd. Prior to joining Philips Lighting, Harsh was the MD&CEO of HCL Infosystems Ltd, At HCL, he was also involved in the founding of HCL’s new venture in Healthcare delivery called HCL Healthcare and was on the board of HCL Healthcare Ltd. Prior to joining HCL, Harsh was based out of US and lead Honeywell’s North and South American business for Process Automation and was also VP for Strategy and Global marketing for the same business. Harsh started his professional life in 1993 when he joined TAS (Tata Administrative Services) and was involved in different functions and roles in the Tata groups, prior to taking over as the Managing Director of TATA Honeywell Ltd (now Honeywell Automation India Ltd).
Education: Harsh did Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi where he was the recipient of Director’s Gold Medal for the best student of the batch of 1993.
