Jetu has 30 years of experience in investing and building companies in India from the ground up in the fields of Engineering, Electronics & Chemicals with world leading joint ventures in India such as Saab from Sweden, Dresser Industries & Emerson Electric from USA, Degussa from Germany and others.
At Kaizen Management Advisors Private Limited Jetu is responsible for developing the firm into one of the top, operations driven private equity firms in India. Jetu oversees all aspects of fund investments, including sourcing, evaluation and execution of businesses.
He has conducted corporate training in various areas including Creativity, Execution, Effectiveness, and Business Ethics. He is a trained DISC profiler under Thomas International for evaluating individuals & teams. Jetu has been a champion of corporate governance in all his ventures and was the Ethics Officer under Emerson Electric’s Saab Rosemount for the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) compliance.
In addition to his successful business ventures, Jetu has dedicated his life to education where his contribution ranges from building village schools, working with student councils, teacher unions and various administrative and leadership roles at leading education institutions.

Jetu has a Bachelors of Commerce from Sydenham College, Mumbai and an OPM from Harvard Business School.
