Being the son of a first generation entrepreneur, Kavit has seen some of the struggle to set up a business. From an early age, Kavit learned to pitch in. He helped set up Hiraco's Diamond polishing and assorting processes in his teens. Once Hiraco became established as the largest dealer of Natts diamonds in the world, he went on to Australia to study Business Administration. On his return, he dove into the family business and led an aggressive expansion drive. His first project was in Renewable energy. He set up a 20MW solar project in Gujurat, followed by two wind farms in Maharashtra. Post the Renewable phase, he started Hiraco's construction division. His first project,Hiraco House, a commercial tower in goregaon is about to be launched. His next venture was a supportive role, helping his wife set up her own fashion brand, House of Chic. He then set up Hiraco CCS to enter the hospitality field and organized one of Asias largest wine festivals.
He is currently developing his property and plans to have 1.2 million sqft commercial property and 4.5 million sqft of residential property ready over the next five years. Kavit is driven as an entreprenuer and his unnering instincts have led him from sector to sector. He has helped backstage at fashion shows, driven a cement mixer and lived in interior Gujurat overseeing the solar project.
