Mr. Mitesh Shah was partner in M/s Chandan Parmar & Co., Chartered Accountant firm till 31.12.2019 and was associated with the firm since 1985 since articleship days. His expertise is in Direct Tax Consultancy and representation before Tax Authorities. Mr. Mitesh Shah has over 30 years experience in representing before Income Tax Authorities. He has an outstanding academic career as well. Apart from being first class graduate from Jaihind College as B.Com., he is a merit rank holder of CA Intermediate Examination and has cleared all his exams in first attempt. He was also the professor of Accountancy and Auditing in Jai Hind College from 1992 to 1994 in degree college. He has appeared before almost all Income Tax Authorities as well as before many Income Tax Appellate Tribunal in appellate matters across India in his span of career of over 30 years as CA and has briefed many senior counsel in Income Tax matter before High court as well as Supreme Court of India.
