Mr. Nishant Jain is an entrepreneur and angel investor. He has worked extensively in India, Europe & Singapore across technology led domains including managing a global investment fund.
At start of his career he worked with AV Birla Group and Bharat Shell Limited (a JV between Shell International & BPCL) where he was part of team setting up their initial footprint in India. In early 2000 he joined an iGaming start up not knowing much about the sweeping changes happening around internet technologies across the globe. The start-up had an exponential growth and went to become a public company on LSE. This has been a very wide and deep experience and knowledge for Nishant. He also Co-founded and was an Investment Director for a global investment fund based out of Europe. He played a key role raising capital, outlining investment strategy and business strategy. He relocated back to India couple of years back and Co-founded BizAcuity Solutions Private Ltd, a Business Intelligence and Analytics company. It is a fast growing Analytics business providing solutions to business globally. Has successfully implemented business strategy to expand to global markets.
He is planning to make investments in technology space and especially with high impact to Indian ecosystem. He looks it as a great opportunity and time to contribute to disruptive growth avenues in India.
He holds membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Company Secretaries of India and have also held membership of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, London and license as Experienced Investor Fund Director under the Financial Services (Investment and Fiduciary Services) Act 1989, Gibraltar, Europe.
