Shri Nitesh R Damani after completion of his graduation in Business Administration from University of Madras in 2003 entered into family business of Sugal and Damani Group of Companies who has got interest in various fields ranging from Lotteries, Online Services , Information Technology, Hospitality Travel& Tourism, Jewellery,Engineering,Leasing & Finance, Stock Brokering, Education and much more. He had also participated in the summer course - ECON S 1562 – Title – Int’l Bus / Global Econ Systems Conducted by Harvard University in 2003. He had also participated in the programme “Innovative Strategies for a Dynamic Economy conducted by Stanford University in 2007. He had also completed FMB from S P Jain Management Institute , Mumbai in the year 2007.He is actively involved in “Pay World” one of the latest ventures of Sugal & Damani Group which is poised touch the lives of more people than ever, helping them in availing payment collection, electronic recharging, electronic gateway services at their door step. The group has plans to set up largest retail chains in the country for this purpose. The chain will make its presence felt in small towns as well as big cities.

As the Group gives lot of importance to Philanthropic Work, Shri Nitesh Damani is a trustee in Empathy foundation who is providing quality health care and educational facilities to the under privileged and needy sections of society.
