Nitin Jain is a Principal at Grandwood Limited family office in London. He has been a serial entrepreneur and an experienced angel investor. He started his entrepreneurial journey as the Director of Technology for the Largest listed online gaming company in the world, www.PartyGaming.com (LSE:BPTY). He joined this company as the product development manager (after a brief 1 year stint with Infosys) and spearheaded the development of PartyPoker.com, which was to become the flagship product for the group that led to its listing on London stock exchange and top market valuation in excess of $10 billion in 2005-06.
Nitin is a die-hard believer in ecommerce and believes that only those ventures can be successful that increase the efficiency of delivery of goods or services to end customers. He is looking forward to guiding young entrepreneurs in their product development and technology areas. His global experience and connections can also be used by the companies who are trying to address the needs of international markets. Mr. Jain is the alumnus of prestigious Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata (1999) where he majored in Finance and IT. He did his Electronics and Communication engineering from Punjab Engineering College in Chandigarh (1996).
