PKG is a management professional with over 32 years of corporate experience in general management positions in organizations such as ITC, Wipro, Mindtree and his last stint, before he quit corporate career was with Wep Solutions Ltd, as BSE listed organization ( previously known as Wipro Peripherals) as CEO and MD. He is currently active in the startup eco system as advisor and mentor to organizations such as Xoxo day (travel tech), Saahas Waste management ( invested in by IAN) and Wimera (IOT). Besides this role, he is also a certified Business Excellence assessor for CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) and have assessed organizations such as Bokaro Steel Plant CESC (Calcutta Electric Supply Company), NSE(National Stock Exchange) and Axis Bank in the last one year. He is active in academic research in entrepreneurship with CMR University. He is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore and holds a degree in mechanical engineering. His areas of interest are Strategy. Leadership development and designing systems for business excellence and customer centricity.
