Rajan Jain, has been a Merit Holder throughout education. After graduating in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University in the year 1992, he joined the Garment Divison of Oswal Group. This unit is exporting ready made garments to North America. After working for three years in Garment Divison, he did his masters in business administration from New Delhi. Thereafter went on to join the core business activities of Oswal Group i.e. Oswal Castings which is in the field of High Pressure Die Casting of Aluminum Alloy. Starting as a management trainee he paved his way through gradually and is now heading two plants operationally along with being responsible for the corporate finance and over all group business strategies. Within a short time span have been able to grow the company from being single customer focused one unit, to now a multiple customer both domestic and international focused, with four plants in north and south India put together. It was under his guidance that the company was able to venture into International markets and started exporting high precision goods to USA, Mexico. Thailand, France, Poland & Germany.
He has been dealing with customers like Hero Honda, Honda Motor Cycle and Scooters, TVS, Yamaha, GE, Electrolux, Paulstra, Sona Koyo Steering etc. During his working career he has been awarded many achievement awards from various customers. He is a widely traveled person and his hobbies are Music and Reading Spiritual Books. A firm believer in giving back to the society he is also involved in a lot of social welfare activities directly and indirectly, mostly in the field of education.
