He Introduced innovative / disruptive products & services into established markets in India and overseas. His endeavours include co-founding WebCel Solutions, ADAAN business solution, GETIT Infoservices, SES Environmental Services, Asian Vendors etc. Good understanding of nuances involved in scaling operations, especially in the Indian context. He worked on transforming organisations where established profitable precedents were challenged while they were still profitable and successful. Additionally, Served on Boards in venture funded companies, international JVs, family businesses, international/industry associations and RWA/community; appreciation of aspirations and challenges of stakeholders promoters, investors and key management personnel in start-ups and venture funded companies, experience with conflict situations on the Board and good appreciation of legal / statutory framework; Firm believer in processes and propriety; viewing situations objectively; encouraging teams to look at the big picture; giving sincere advice & feedback.
